When will my credit card be charged?
We use an authorization payment from Pay Pal which means that your credit card will not be charged until we confirm that we have your merchandise in stock and it is shipped.
While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see will match the colors of the actual fabric exactly.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on the amount of the merchandise being purchased. Shipping rates reflect what we expect the maximum amount to be. If your shipping charges are less than are estimated, we will only charge you what it costs us to ship to you.
Patterns are sent first class.
Fabric and kits are sent in flat rate priority boxes.
We have estimated what it will cost to send your merchandise by Flat Rate International Mail. We will only charge you what it actually cost us to ship it to you and will let you know if it is more.
If an item in my order is on backorder, will I be charged again for shipping?
NO. You are charged the total amount of postage and handling when the first portion of you order is shipped. All backorders will be sent when they are available with no additional postage and handling.
What if something in my order is damaged or missing?
Delivery is guaranteed. If your order arrives in poor condition, or not at all, it's our problem, not yours. Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at 541-385-7166. Let us know what the problem is and we'll take care of it.
