We sincerely hope that you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Our site is a work in progress and we will continue to add new products. We're working toward having everything in on store listed online for you. When will my credit card be charged?
We have switched to an authorization payment from Pay Pal which means that your credit card will not be charged until we confirm that we have your merchandise in stock and it is shipped. What are your shipping charges? Our shipping charges are based on the amount of the merchandise being purchased. For fabric and kits being shipped within the United States, we ship flat rate priority mail. Patterns are sent first class. Our customary shipping & handling charges are: 1/4 - 3 yds. $5.00
4 - 9 yds. $11.00 10 - 12 yds. $15.00 Over 12 yards - priority shipping rates apply. International Shipments:
You will be charged actual shipping charges.
If an item in my order is on backorder, will I be charged again for shipping?
NO. You are charged the total amount of postage and handling when the first portion of you order is shipped. All backorders will be sent when they are available with no additional postage and handling.
What if something in my order is damaged or missing?
Delivery is guaranteed. If your order arrives in poor condition, or not at all, it's our problem, not yours. Please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@sewmanyquiltsinbend.com or by phone at 541-385-7166. Let us know what the problem is and we'll take care of it.
What is the minimum yardage for ordering fabric?
When ordering individual fabrics the minimum is 1/4 yard.
Kits
The description indicates everything that is included with the kit or what needs to be added to it. Occassionally fabric substitutions may be made, but it will be very similar to what is shown.
